How do I choose the right size?
Measure your pet from nose to tail base while they're lying down, then add 6–8 inches. Each product page has a size guide with typical breeds per size. Between two sizes? Pick the larger one.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within [X] business days and arrive in [X–X] business days. Shipping is free on all US orders and you'll get a tracking link by email.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of beds or bedding that have been used.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
We replace your product free of charge if it has a manufacturing defect within 1 year, such as broken seams, a faulty zipper or foam that loses its shape. Chewing, accidents and normal wear aren't covered.
Are the covers machine washable?
Yes. The covers zip off and can be washed on a cold, gentle cycle. Air-dry or tumble-dry on low.
Do your products work for cats too?
Many of them do. Look for the Cats collection for beds, steps and perches sized for cats.
